Full Screen Mode

Selecting Full Screen or pressing the F11 key puts JetStream into Full Screen mode; the main 3D navigation view takes up the full screen with no interface showing. Pressing the F11 key for a second time turns full-screen mode off. Full screen mode will always go to full screen on the primary display. If two monitors are available, the interface can be placed on one whilst the main 3D view renders in full screen on the other.
